ILE4263 is designed to create voltage of value in 5Vwith drop voltage not more than 0.5V at load current of150 mA and the lC is used in power sources of electronicequipment, in particular in automotive electronics.ILE4263 is designed to power the microprocessorsystems operating in severe conditions of automotiveapplications, so it includes additional functions of over-temperature protection, input voltage reverse polarity pro-tection, short circuit proof of output to the ground, itincorporates limitation of the maximum load current withoutput voltage temperature reset.
